Christmas pictures

Here are some cute pictures we took of Giovanni to advertise our Christmas cards pictures. He's so skinny! We just used the last one I believe.

Party at the fire station

We shot a party at the fire station recently. The best part was that they told us to bring Giovanni and he LOVED it.

They all got to climb on the firetrucks too.

Especially he loved the puppet show put on by the firemen. All the kids just laughed and clapped with glee.

The Corner Market

We had gotten Starbucks and decided to go drink ours hanging out at the corner market. It's a new shopping center that doesn't have stores in it yet. So it's a large area to run around in and explore it's little crooks and crannies. It's a beautiful complex I've been hoping will fill up. It would be a nice place for a hip photo studio!

At Pine Log Park

Giovanni was a little bored with me running errands, so we decided to spend a little time at Pine Log Park as a break from driving around. There is so much kudzu there! There was only this small path to the picnic table through the kudzu.

At the Zoo with the Smiths

We had the special surprise to have the Smiths stop by on their way home from vacation on the coast. We took the opportunity to show them some of our favorite Atlanta spots: the zoo and the varsity. It was so great to get to see them, if only for a day!

Trip to the zoo

We went to the zoo this week with Joanna, Julia and Amos. Papa C and Mama C surprised us by showing up too! What a treat! The kids had such a good time, and the animals were on their best behavior. We even got to see the bears and the tiger right up by the viewing window. Julia thought the flamingos smelled. :)

This would have been the cutest picture, if Vanni didn't have his finger up his nose!

Little Cow

We haven't got around to posting for...the whole summer. But I'm posting at least one cute one- here's our little calf after an apparently exhausting lunch at Chicfila on Cow Appreciation Day.

4th of July

Here's some from our 4th of July Party and Giovanni just eating and smiling.

The Zoo!

Jonathan gave me a membership to the zoo for Mother's Day, and we've already gone 3 times! Yay for the Zoo!

Puppies!

We had a mother's day breakfast on the Saturday before mothers day, and Kim brought the puppies for the kids to play with. Yay!

Arabia Davidson Mt. Preserve

We went on a bike ride out at Arabia Davidson. We had to stop to take some pictures (and Mommy had to have a rest!)

First Haircut

So Giovanni's hair finally got so long, we decided to give him his first haircut! Yay!

I was amazed at how well he sat there while Jonathan trimmed him up.

Look at how handsome our little man looks! And so grown up!

Like Father, Like Son

Jonathan was painting a ladder, and while his back was turned someone got into the paint...

I thought it was funny that Jonathan got into the paint, and his mom grabbed the camera.

But I understand now, that what's done is done. And probably I wouldn't have thought to grab the camera if Mama C hadn't done it. And he was soooo cute!
